my name is emily and i live in the boston area with my husband, who like me, is an accountant by day.

i’ve always enjoyed drawing and creating things, but my high school art classes are where i discovered my love for painting. i love the freedom of enhancing certain colors, textures, and shapes from photographs i take during my travels and day-to-day life. when i’m not working or painting, i am probably reading, playing the flute or piano, running, or playing with our puppy.
